RETURNS
All Items returned to Jakes Archery are required to have prior approval, and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Jakes Archery will not accept return on discontinued product. All returned items must be return within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all returned merchandise must be in original packaging.
DAMAGED GOODS
If you find you have received damaged goods, please contact you local freight carriers office immediately. Please keep the box the merchandise was shipped in along with packaging materials, as the package will have to be inspected.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
All defective or warranty merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer, not Jakes Archery. However, we will be more than happy to help you contact the manufacturer.
SHORTAGES
All claims must be reported within 10 days after receiving shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS will be allowed. If you find you have been shorted, please contact our customer service department immediately so that we may resolve any problems.
SERVICE AND OPERATING HOURS
We will do everything possible to insure that all orders placed before 1:00 PM will be shipped on the same day. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Accounts that refuse orders without prior approval from our customer service department will be subject to pay all freight charges and a 15% restocking fee.
PRICE CHANGES
Due to price changes from manufacturers we reserve the right to change prices as necessary without prior notice.
FREIGHT
Jakes Archery will pay basic ground shipping and insurance on any single order that totals $750 or more to an address in the domestic United States. This does not include the following UPS fees: COD, residential, fuel surcharges, expedited freight costs, required signature fees and address correction fees. Please understand that these are UPS charges - not Jakes Archery charges. Accounts located in Hawaii or Alaska may qualify for a freight discount for orders over $750. Jakes Archery does not offer free freight out of the United States.
Bow-cases and targets include freight - EXCEPT McKenzie, Delta and Rinehart targets. The targets that DO NOT include freight costs will be charged freight, even if the order is $750. Also Jakes Archery will not pay freight on back-ordered items.
